House Rules

PROCEDURE TO CONFIRM BOOKING: You are required to sign a rental agreement and agree to go through an additional verification screening via Know Your Guest (an intelligent online guest screening based on email, phone, and address provided). Renter must be 25 or older.  We will need a credit card on file for a $500 security hold, that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure.

LOVING CARE & utmost respect of home and contents.  This private home contains original artwork and carefully curated items for our family and yours to enjoy.  Please message us directly with any questions or concerns. 

NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the home or on the property.  There is a smoking detector in the property that will alert us of smoke and a fine of $ 500 will be issued + cost of any appropriate cleaning.  

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.  

NO PETS.

Be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am. Noise monitor is on the premises.

Absolutely no walking on rocks or in water feature.  Rocks are unstable and will fall.

Children MUST be accompanied at all times in the hot tub.

Provided firewood in basement is for fire pit “smores & stories” only.

All garbage MUST be bagged and if taken outside placed in bear proof can.  (plenty of bags are provided)  Do not leave any food outside.  Bears live on Eagle Mountain.  

No additional guest that were not on the original booking permitted.

Check out time is 10 AM.
